🥶 Winter Block Week 6

Marathon prep is peaking, HYROX is heating up, and deloads are on the horizon. Let’s go ⚡️

We’re officially into Week 6 of our winter training block and things are ticking along nicely, as the training heats up 🔥 the temperatures continues to drop 🥶 But we continue to move regardless of the weather……..

For those training for the Sydney Marathon, you should now be hovering around that 20km mark with a little less fear in the legs. We’ve got one more week before a de-load, and then we’ll start to ramp things up to build that all-important base for race day 👊

Our Gold Coast crew are now into their taper phase. This doesn’t mean we take the foot off the gas. It just means we reduce the volume so you’re feeling fresh and dialled in when the start line comes around.

And no, we haven’t forgotten about the HYROX crew 💥 The next 2-3 weeks of track sessions are all about finding your paces and sharpening up your running so you can bring the heat on race day.
