TRIBAL TRAINING BLOCK – WEEK 2
6 weeks until Gold Coast. Let’s make it count.
Hey Team,
Welcome to Week 2 of our Tribal Training Blocks! With Gold Coast Marathon just 6 weeks away (July 6th), and Sydney Marathon creeping up behind it, things are heating up — not to mention HYROX smashed right in the middle.
My goal has always been simple: get as many people moving as possible. While Tribal has grown massively in numbers, my next mission is to help guide you in the right direction.
The truth is, most of us think we have more time than we actually do. But with marathon running, accumulation is key — think of your training like compound interest. That said, we also need to be smart and avoid overdoing it.
👇 I’ve put together a general training guide to help you stay on track. It’ll be updated and emailed weekly. There is no coaching or paces just a structure for you to follow

Why this plan? Because when we train in groups or join run clubs, we realise how powerful that community connection is. Yet most programs or apps unintentionally pull us away from that. With this, I want to align your training with what we’re doing at Tribal, and help you tap into our community of over 2,000 members on WhatsApp.

Nothing. I genuinely enjoy this. (I know — it doesn’t pay my rent 😅)
