We’re officially into Week 5 of our winter training block – time really does fly when you’re having fun! With just two more weeks to go before we pull things back for a de-load week, now’s the time to keep showing up and pushing on 💪

🌅 New Friday Morning Run – Kicks Off This Week!
You’ve asked for it and it’s finally here – Friday morning runs in Centennial Park are now a thing.
🕕 6:00am | Easy 5km Run
☕ 6:30am | Coffee at The Greenhouse Café
We’ll start in the dark and run into sunrise, so bring a head torch or phone light just in case. It’s the perfect way to round out your week and recover with the crew.
