Christmas Day Dash 'n Splash

Hey All!

Today’s email is short and sweet, just like myself! As we really go head first into the Christmas period, I wanted to send you a quick reminder about our annual Christmas Day Dash ‘n Splash at Coogee Beach!

Christmas can be a period and time of joy, happiness and togetherness but for some especially those of us living away from home it can be a time of sadness and loneliness. Every second video you see on social media is a homecoming and while they are wholesome and lovely to see they can sometimes be heartbreaking for those who may not be able to visit family this Christmas!

That is why we are having our Christmas Day Dash ‘n Splash again tomorrow. Making it bigger and better than last year. This is not about the run but more about connection and togetherness this Christmas. Whether it is your first Christmas away or your 10^th , they never get any easier. So we want to spread some love and miles to Coogee and Sydney! If you are alone this Christmas or you are looking for something to do tomorrow you can join us at

9am Meeting at the Coogee Rainbow Steps for a 3km – Festive Pace coastal run. Followed by some mimosas and a dip in the ocean at 9:30am and a breakfast BBQ at 10am! Join us for one or all three and hopefully together we can make this Christmas a memorable one !

For those of you that I won’t see in the morning, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Thank you for all your support over the past 12 months and I look forward to seeing you again at run club very soon. For everyone else, I can’t wait to see you in the morning. It is honestly my favourite run of the year and I hope you get to see why tomorrow!

Santa hats are not mandatory but they are encouraged and of course bring some festive cheer! Oh and spread the word, bring a friend because the more the merrier !
